Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Yaz Serenity. 

We typically ship 1-2 business days after your purchase. We unfortunately can't ship during the weekends and certain holidays. There will be an announcement what holidays we can't ship through an email. If your item(s) are needed for a special occasion that it has to be shipped on a certain time, please email us or leave a note in checkout and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your item has been shipped containing your tracking number so you will know where your item is getting close to you. 

If for any reason there's an emergency or something comes up that causes shipment to be late we will email you and try to get it as fast as we can. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. As we ship through USPS things can come up through their end after we send off the items. If any reason there's an issue regarding the item please sure to email us or call us.
